Includes a Linkam microthermal stage. It is specifically configured for the study of fluid inclusions. In addition to all the components for the study of fluid inclusions, it includes calibration standards for these studies. It includes a video camera instead of a camera to continuously track phase changes within fluid inclusions as the temperature varies from tens of degrees below zero to over 100 degrees C.

The BX51 is a rugged microscope with easy-to-operate front controls in a compact design.

The new research microscope includes Olympus' unrivalled Universal Infinity System (UIS) optical infinity correction system, accepting fluorescence technology or DIC (Nomarski) differential interference contrast.

Its "Y" shaped frame is very stable and accepts a wide variety of accessories and lenses. The rugged design is capable of accepting heavy accessory equipment required for today's demand in microscopy techniques without sacrificing operator comfort.

Two days, at the choice of the successful bidder within one month from the end of the auction, are available for withdrawal. If they do not show up, the award will be cancelled and the equipment will be auctioned again.
