The lot includes assets such as:

• Pumps
• Butterfly valves
• Pneumatic Valves
• Brass solenoid valves
• Fittings and connections
• Hardware
• Adapters
• Sensors

In case of sale as waste, an adjustment will be made on the total weight (including plastics and wood).

If the weight estimate is increased with more tons than initially estimated, the buyer must pay the payment order that Escrapalia sends in order to continue withdrawing. Otherwise, the extraordinary removal of said material may not proceed. Payment must be made in advance of the withdrawal and will be notified as soon as this excess of tonnes is detected. It will be mandatory to remove 100% of the material included in the lot, otherwise, no adjustment will be made

The corresponding adjustment will be made by weight. If the actual final weight is less than the indicated tonnage, the proportional part will be paid and if it is higher, that difference will be invoiced. The deadline for resolving this settlement will be 5 working days.

Withdrawal conditions:

The material will be loaded by the selling company. The responsibility for bringing the proper transportation for the cargo will be the responsibility of the buyer.

IMPORTANT: 

*It will always be necessary to schedule a pick-up date, with the SURUS manager in the field. 

*The driver must have the corresponding PICK-UP ORDER at all times.

*Work is not allowed inside the facilities
