La adjudicación de este lote combinado o de los lotes individuales depende del precio final de la subasta. Si el lote combinado obtiene un valor mayor al de los lotes individuales, se adjudicará el lote combinado. Si la suma de los precios finales de los lotes individuales es mayor a la obtenida en el lote combinado, se adjudicarán los lotes individuales.

La adjudicación será provisional hasta que finalicen todos los lotes que componen este evento, tanto los lotes individuales como el lote combinado que será el último lote en finalizar.

El lote combinado, actualizará su precio de reserva automáticamente. El precio de reserva será el valor obtenido por la suma de los lotes individuales que lo componen.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

1- Check the point nb4 in the online auction conditions. The winner of this lot have the option to continue with the production on site in order with the liquidation plan approuved by the spanish courts.

2- This lot is on sale in individual lots. If the total amount of the lots from #001 to #071 is bigger the final price of the lot #000 they will be awarded individually, if not, the lot #000 will be awarded to the highest bidder. The award of this lot will be provisional untill 1 day before the lot #000 finishes.
