This lot is sold in the name and on behalf of the Office of Asset Recovery and Management (ORGA) of the Ministry of Justice. Not being the ORGA a taxable person for VAT purposes, NO INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED AND NO VAT WILL BE PASSED ON in the transmission of this lot. 

The successful bidder of the lot will be issued a payment order including these concepts, which once paid, will remain as proof of the transaction. Only an invoice will be issued for the commission and the corresponding applicable VAT.
