This individual lot is included in the auction of a single combined lot that includes all the assets of this event.

The award of the combined lot or individual lots depends on the final auction price. If the combined lot gets a higher maximum bid, the combined lot will be awarded. If the sum of the final prices of the individual lots is greater than that obtained in the combined lot, the individual lots will be awarded.

The award will be provisional until all the lots that make up this event are completed, both the individual lots and the combined lot that will be the last lot to finish.

The combined lot will update its reserve price automatically. The reserve price will be the value obtained by the sum of the individual lots that compose it.

Set of two 105 mm caliber artillery cases model M14 Type I, produced in 1944 in the United States for use in the M2A1 howitzer (later designated M101). Both parts retain their complete engraved markings, including manufacturing batches, year, and primer type (M1B1A2), with circular machining characteristic of American design. The breeches of one of them bear the inscription "MEXCO 1944", which indicates the subcontracting of components or assembly in Mexico for the Allied war effort.
