The award of the combined lot or individual lots depends on the final auction price. If the combined lot gets a higher maximum bid, the combined lot will be awarded. If the sum of the final prices of the individual lots is greater than that obtained in the combined lot, the individual lots will be awarded.


The award will be provisional until all the lots that make up this event are completed, both the individual lots and the combined lot that will be the last lot to finish.


The combined lot will update its reserve price automatically. The reserve price will be the value obtained by the sum of the individual lots that compose it.

Online auction of aluminum metal flanges and rings from an important energy multinational located in Sines.


Components used to join pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment in a piping system. They make it easy to assemble and disassemble components without having to disassemble the entire pipe.


The estimated weight is 250 kgs


Pallet and box woods such as cartons are included in the lot.


When sold as waste, the lot must be acquired by an authorized manager, so the relevant documentation will be required for the award of the lot.

- THE DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED THROUGHOUT THE SALE, WITHDRAWAL AND TRANSFER PROCESS:

- Authorization as an agent/trader/manager/carrier (before bidding)

- Waste treatment contract (before removal)

- Prior notification of removal as hazardous waste (prior to removal)

- Identification document of the waste of each shipment (before removal)

- Certificate or declaration responsible for the treatment of the final installation (after removal)


GUARANTEE OF THE TREATMENT OF THE LER CODE: before bidding, the buyer must have read the conditions of the auction. Through its bid, it is confirming that the management of the indicated LER code will be carried out according to the national legislative framework for waste management and transfer in accordance with RD 553/2020 and Law 7/2022. In the event of non-compliance, the bond will be forfeited.


The weighings will be carried out on the scale within the facilities, located in the complex where the scrap metal is located. Trucks will be weighed when entering and exiting.


If the weight estimate is increased with more tons than initially estimated, the buyer must pay the payment order that Escrapalia sends in order to continue withdrawing. Otherwise, the extraordinary removal of said material may not proceed. Payment must be made in advance of the withdrawal and will be notified as soon as this excess of tonnes is detected.



CONDITIONS FOR REMOVAL OF MATERIAL


In order for the successful bidder of the lot to be able to make the withdrawals, it will be an essential requirement to present at least 48 hours in advance: 

*Driver's full name

*Vehicle registration (tractor and trailer, van, etc. as applicable)

*DNI driver

*ITV and Insurance in force

*Driver's phone

*Name of the company you pick up


The responsibility and costs of loading the material as well as the transportation of the same will be the responsibility of the buyer. It will be essential for the buyer to provide all the documentation in terms of safety to comply with the standards and the CAE platform of the installation and to be able to access it


IMPORTANT: 


*It will always be necessary to schedule a pick-up date, with the SURUS manager in the field. 

*The vehicle to carry out its removal must always be accompanied and escorted by the SURUS manager.

*The driver must have the corresponding PICK-UP ORDER at all times.


It will be an essential requirement to access the facilities with personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety boots, protective helmet, protective goggles and a high-visibility vest.
