This lot is sold in the name and on behalf of the Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs. If the Government Delegation for the National Plan on Drugs is not a taxable person for VAT purposes, NO INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED AND VAT WILL  NOT BE CHARGED on the transfer of this lot. 

The successful bidder of the lot will be issued a payment order including these concepts, which once paid, will remain as proof of the transaction. An invoice will only be issued for the commission and the corresponding applicable VAT.

This lot has a commission of 17.30% and its corresponding applicable VAT.

This lot has management costs of 175 euros, so the successful bidder assumes and understands this cost. These costs will also have their corresponding VAT added.
